Tips for Young Lawyers: Keep Your Resume Honest

In the age of e-resumes and data systems that store millions upon millions of historical documents, recruiters and employers now have the ability to look longitudinally at information in resumes provided by candidates over many years and map the "content drift" of this information. This provides an entirely new way of determining a candidate's veracity when it comes to his or her employment history.

The Ultimate Twitter Challenge: $25,000 for 25,000 followers

The ABA ran a story last week about Bill Marler, a personal injury attorney from Seattle, who offered to donate $25,000 to a charity if he receives 25,000 followers on his Twitter site.

All Young Lawyers are invited to the Monday, April 6th Election of New Officers for the WBA Young Lawyers. Elections will take place in conjunction with a Young Lawyers Committee Meeting beginning at 3 pm at the Greensburg Country Club. This is the same date as the Annual Meeting of the WBA, which is scheduled to begin at 4:30 pm.
